Taj Mahal is one of the seven wonders of the world. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built this Taj Mahal in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal after her death. The symbol of love of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal is telling the story of the love of two hearts. Taj Mahal of Agra today has become the crown of the whole world. It is the centre of attraction of Indian and foreigners coming India.

History of Taj Mahal

Mumtaz Mahal was one of the famous women of the Mughal period. Mumtaz Mahal gave birth to 13 children, but the 14th child was born if he was born. Due to his death, Shahjahan built Taj Mahal in his memory.

Taj Mahal was built in 1631 AD on the right bank of Yamuna river in Agra, the famous town of Uttar Pradesh. The white marble came from the palaces of Rajputana. It took 20 years to build it and twenty thousand workers worked for construction.
Taj Mahal is three kilometres from Agra Fort. Rectangles of the Koran are written on white stones on either side of its vast gate. There is a small museum in which the weapons and pictures of the Mughal emperors are preserved. On both sides of the main building, there are beautiful lined ranches and watercolours decorated with water fountains
The splendour of the Taj Mahal's white patio and the walls around it, 275 feet high, and other smaller domes, it is splendid. Below the big dome of the Taj Mahal, there are the tombs of these two lovers, but they are not considered to be real. The actual tomb is in the basement below.
The beautiful stones of the samadhis are beautifully carved. The atmosphere is excavated with aromatic incense.  In the moonlight night of Sharad Purnima, the beauty of this Taj Mahal becomes unique. Its image is visible in Yamuna's water. Taj Mahal is still a centre of attraction for the audience. Foreign tourists along with Indians also come to see it.
Shah Jahan wanted the world to remember his love for Mumtaz Mahal, that is why he wanted to make some historical heritage in his memory, which built as Taj Mahal.

1. Taj Mahal is considered as one of seven wonders of the world for his beauty and one of seven wonders from whole Asia.

2. If history was to be seen, Taj Mahal was built by Shah Jahan. Shah Jahan had seven weddings and built the Taj Mahal in memory of his fourth Begum Mumtaz. Mumtaz died giving birth to 14th child. 

3. It took 22 years to build Taj Mahal in seven wonders of the world. The work of making it started in 1632 and ended in 1653. There were about 22,000 workers on hand to complete this.

4. In the year 1632, the construction of the Taj Mahal was nearly worth Rs 3.2 crore. But if Taj Mahal was built today, approx 6800 crores would be spent.

5. You may feel strange like me, the Taj Mahal stands in the woods. It is such a wood which needs moisture to stay strong, which keeps on connecting the river Yamuna.

6. Four towers of Taj Mahal have been constructed in such a way that no matter what the earthquake or the lightning struck, it will not fall on the verandah.

7. Taj Mahal is the most visited building in the world. Every day around 12,000 people come to see Taj Mahal.

8. 28 different stones were used to make the Taj Mahal. The marble stained in it came from Rajasthan, China, Afghanistan and Tibet. 1,000 elephants were used to carry the decoration of the Taj Mahal.

11. World War II, 1971 After the Indo-Pak war and 9/11 attacks, the Taj Mahal was covered with bamboos. So that the Taj Mahal can be protected from damage.

12. After becoming the white Taj Mahal, Shah Jahan dreamed that he should make a similar black Taj Mahal for himself. But his son Aurangzeb imprisoned him in the house and his dream was not fulfilled.

13. Since childhood, you may have heard that Shah Jahan had cut the hands of the workers who made the Taj Mahal so they could not make any other Taj Mahal. But this seems like a rumour because "Ahmed Laheri" who had worked in the Taj Mahal Dal, had helped in the construction of the Red Fort.

14. There is a hole built in the Taj Mahal, whose waterfalls directly on the tomb of Mumtaz. There is also a decrease in the Taj Mahal that the size of one of the 11 carved pillars on the walls is round but the rest are in ten tricolour designs.

15. If you are asked whether Taj Mahal high or Qutub Minar? So you will say, Qutub Minar. But let us tell you that the Taj Mahal is 5 feet high from the Qutub Minar.

16. The controversy started with Taj Mahal as according to some Hindu, Tajmahal is a Shiva Temple whose real name is "Tejomahalaya". Because there is no such building in any Muslim country, the palace comes in its name. 'Mahal' is not a Muslim word There are many other things like this. Mostly, historian, archaeology denied any such claim.

Mystery of Taj Mahal

The glory of India and the Taj Mahal in seven wonders is suppressing many mysteries inside him. There have been claims made that drops of water pouring permanent on Mumtaz Mahal cemetery in Taj Mahal is coming from Yamuna river because of Taj Mahal design. Not only that, many rooms of the Taj Mahal are still locked from the time of Shah Jahan, which are beyond the reach of the common people,  According to the observers, there are more than 1000 rooms under Taj Mahal. It is claimed that the Taj Mahal is also a mysterious door to get out. which has been stopped by bricks since the time of Shah Jahan..but one claim is also made that the rooms which were closed by the bricks. So why does the need to stop these rooms finally ... Many researchers have their own arguments on this, who believe that the grave of Mumtaz has been kept in the room. ... which was shut down by the government, some archaeologists claimed that there was a Shiva temple named Tajumahalla at that place ... but now that a new Conspiracy believes, there is a treasure under these basements Confirmation has happened in the metal detector. Many of these doors are open but later closed by govt, after which the secret still persists that what is behind all these doors of Taj Mahal.
